Terms and Conditions

Simple Daily Planner is a personal productivity tool that lets you plan your day with a checklist, priorities, notes, timed tasks, recurring items, an agenda view, reminders and PDF export. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for personal, non-commercial use.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the App.
• Sign-in is provided through Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account on your devices.
• We may suspend or terminate access if the App is used unlawfully or in a way that harms the service or other users.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, defamatory or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or data that is not yours.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.

Your tasks, notes, priorities and reminders remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync and display that content back to you across your signed-in devices. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.

Your plan is stored on your device and, when you are signed in, mirrored to our sync database so it appears on your other devices. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or loss-free service. Please use the built-in export / backup option to keep your own copy of important data.

Push and email reminders depend on your device settings, browser permissions, network availability and third-party delivery services. Reminders are a convenience feature and should not be relied upon for critical, medical, legal or safety-related deadlines.

The App has a free plan that you can use without paying, and a paid plan (“Pro”). New accounts get a 7-day free trial of Pro; no payment is taken to start the trial and Pro features simply lock when it ends unless you buy a plan.

Pro is offered as an annual subscription of USD 9.99, charged when you buy and automatically renewed every 12 months at the same price until you cancel, or as a one-time lifetime purchase of USD 29.99 with no renewal. Prices are in USD and exclude any local taxes that may apply. The exact price and renewal terms are shown before you confirm payment.

Web payments are processed by Dodo Payments; purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google Play. You can cancel an annual plan at any time, and cancellation stops future charges only. All payments are non-refundable — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices or plan features for future billing periods; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

The App’s name, design, interface, themes, graphics and code are owned by Simple Daily Planner and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the App as described here.

The App relies on third parties including Google (sign-in), our hosting and database providers, and email delivery providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits or missed commitments arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

We may update, change or discontinue features and may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
